A place to belong. A place to lean-in. A place to launch out.
Whether you’re new to CTR or have been around for years, Community Groups are for you! These groups consist of regular smaller gatherings in homes throughout Greater Portland. Groups eat together, share what’s going on in each other's lives, and encourage one another to live on mission in their everyday contexts—workplaces, schools, families, neighborhoods, friendships, and beyond.
We are committed to 100% involvement in Community Groups at CTR. Group members come from every age and stage, at diverse points in their faith journey. Community Groups are increasingly becoming the primary venue in which we shepherd and support our congregants. Together we learn to lean-in (even when community is messy) and to ask one another: Where is Christ calling you to serve him this time tomorrow?
If you attended a Community Group last year: you’ll receive an email to confirm your community group placement for fall 2025.
